If you have bought or leased a new or certified pre own-audi you automatically have this service at your finger tips.

What is Concierge Service?
For regularly scheduled maintenance, Queensway Audi will bring you a loaner vehicle back for service. When you service is completed, we will return it (washed and vacuumed of course) to the location that is most convenient for you, at home or at the office.

As an added convenience, while you’re away on business or vacation leave your vehicle with us for service. We will shuttle you to and from the airport with all of you service completed upon your return. It’s like having our dealership in your driveway.
